After we perform your Lifestyle Analysis© interview we meet with our Design Team and review each of your answers in detail. We then develop a conceptual rendering of the layout of your home and the elevation, which we convert to a beautiful “Character Study” (shown at right). This gives you a clear idea of what your home will look like before you start spending money on plans. At the same time, we present your guaranteed cost breakdown. This “proof of concept” process gives you the peace of mind that you can build the home of your dreams within the allotted budget.

At your request we will also create a digital virtual tour of the home that gives you a first-person look at the home, both inside and out. Click here to see a 3-D rendering of one of our homes.
