2008 Parade Home

The Jenkins 2008 Parade Home was 7,000 square feet of pure luxury. The challenge of this site was a 30’ change in elevation, basically a cliff, with narrow width and flood plain constraints. Our solution to the site’s topography was to create a three-story home with an elevator to service all levels.

Steel beams which go below the pool, through the decorative columns, and all the way up to the 3rd level ensure the home is structurally sound. The result is a beautiful home that appears to be built right out of the hillside. A 20’ curved wall of glass in the Great Room captures the incredible lake view. Almost every other room enjoys views as well. The split, open plan allows owners a retreat as well as open & easy flow. The theme of the home, inspired by the tranquil nature of waterfront living, is reflected throughout the home in details such as tile murals, stone carvings, and ceiling details.
