Lake Front Residence

Many of our projects are for out-of-town clients building weekend homes to enjoy and one day move into permanently. Many of them are Texas Exes (University of Texas ex-students) who lived in Austin during college and always wanted to have a second home here. For them, waterfront property is the best of Austin living, and the best investment.

So, these are just a few of the many waterfront Jenkins homes which have been designed and built. This one was a project on Lake LBJ, which is a constant-level lake. This home started out as a small cottage, purchased many years ago as a weekend place in Horseshoe Bay. Once completed, this home was almost 5,000 square feet of luxury complete with water features and a dedicated media room.
